remote2.jpgThe technology has hit the roof and every day there are lots of new things introduced and this is true for the electrical devices. The more products are introduced the more it becomes complex and the people are turning towards newer and newer technologies. The system includes computers and other electronics devices which can also include wires, cables etc.

The parts introduced communicate through light beams, laser, radio signals and infrared. The problem arises when the device and technology will be the connection between the components. That is the main reason is that most electronic system are not used up to their full power because of the problem and imperfections.
Therefore, the Bluetooth was created and it is wireless and automatic. It gives the user many features that is without any problem and imperfections. The Bluetooth has transformed the way people see the devices and the new technology. It enables the thing which connects and enables almost anything to a single system.
Apart from the Bluetooth, the other connecting wireless devices are IR and infrared. The infrared allows low frequency light waves to transmit signals to another component. The technology is very easy to create and the cost is also very low.
Infrared technology is a process which can send the signals only from one device to another like a television set and remote control. The signals can be passed between the two and not separate systems. The transmitter and the receiver need to be in line with each other directly. The connection can do with this advantage.
The technology behind Bluetooth works by transmitting signals through low frequency radio signals. The path of communication is working on 2.45 GHz, which is the same frequency band used in ISM devices.

bluetooth.jpgBluetooth has become popular in 1998 and the manufacturers came out with many versions of the same. The version 1.0 and 1.0B faced many problems in the device and the main important was lack of communication among each other.

Verson 1.1

The Version 1.1 was the first successful Bluetooth which was operational. This was the one which cleared all the problems and faults of the earlier ones.

Version 1.2

The new cell phones today, come equipped with Bluetooth version 1.2 as it offers compatibility with the earlier version and has faster transmission speeds, signal strengths, and HCI support for 3 wire UART.

Version 2.0

In this version the manufacturers decided to increase its speed. Here the manufacturers realized that the faster is better. The new version 2.0 + Enhanced Data Rate was developed in the year 2004 and was available in the market in the late 2005.

The data transfer speed is three times more than that of the earlier version. The Version 2.0 boasts of enhanced connectivity. More devices can be attached to and run at a faster speed. The computers and the devices related are the first devices to be run by Bluetooth + EDR which can be followed by audio and imaging device.

Basically, the version 2.0 is compatible with the earlier version and is three times faster and it offers the EDR of 2.1 MB per second. It offers broadcast and multicast support with a enhanced bit error rate performance, thus making it the best Bluetooth has ever seen.
